Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
Return Timeframe
You must request a return within 3 DAYS from the date your delivery tracking shows the item was successfully delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 12 hours] at tuplesolutions@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

How the Refund Process Works
Once your return package is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. We will request your account details securely via email once your return is approved.
